Wuz up peeps? It's just me. Stephanie. The same one who writes all the posts here. Yeah, that one...
How are y'all doing? I hope no one was in the path of that devastating tornado that hit the states. My condolences to everyone effected.
Today I have a little mani I did for my Bestie Victoria. She loves neon and glitter and everything girly and pretty, so I did a rainbow gradient mani for her with a set of minis I got from Claire's over a base of white creme. Aren't her nails just adorable?!?! This week were doing fishtail manis! So excited, I picked out the prettiest colour combo :D

The Show's Going On, Alright
Hey Y'all! (I don't have any cloud why that word is so deeply embedded in my vocabulary, I'm not southern, and no one I know says it... Anyways, lets get over with the tangent...)
So, sorry about the rant that was my last post. I was just spread so thin, I felt like I needed to explain, without saying "sorry, I'll post more later." I've been crazy busy with dance competitions and recitals and band performances, most of which nail polish is not allowed.
Anyways, today I'm showing OPI's The Show Must Go On. All of you know my aversion to reds and pinks, but I couldn't say no to this. A gorgeous foil duo chrome, opaque on its own with only 2 coats. It's not a crazy duo chrome under any circumstances, but it flashes a lovely orange on angles, and even some yellow peeks out here and there. Awwwwrrrrgggf I just love it so much :) so much pretty. Sadly this isn't available commercially but it's still pretty cheap on eBay and blog sales. It's from the 2010 Burlesque collection. Here's two coats in artificial light.

No Apologies
Hello :)
Normally, I would be writing a post profusely apologizing for my lack of posting.
I'm not going to though.
Why?
It's simple, really. I've come to the realization that this is just going to be the way it is.
I started this blog as a hobby, and didn't expect much. But as the numbers have climbed, I've started feeling guilty. I have all these followers and am not posting anything. I started feeling bad about it all the time, wondering about it. Soon, just trying to write a post or take pictures became a chore.
I didn't want that. This was my hobby, and I didn't want to not like doing it anymore.
So I'm stopping with the promises to post more often. Like I said, I do this purely for fun. I don't make a cent off it, and don't receive any pr samples.
I'm always very busy in real life, and while I love RQA, real life trumps it.
Does this mean I'm going to stop posting? Not at all. It just means that I've given up with being a blogger that constantly posts. I wanted to be one of those bloggers I look up to, with a NOTD or collection swatch everyday. But that's just not going to happen, so I'm going to take the road less travelled and pave my own way. do something different, even if i don't know what that is yet. And I'm not going to let my self regret that decision. I'm going to enjoy it.
Hopefully you guys will stick around, and be happy with a post every week or two, instead of every day :)
Love you all still :) and nail polish, of course.
