January + February Haul!!!

You know what time it is! That's right, the time where I show off all the casualties of my addiction. I did have a nobuy in February (that was successful, may I add), but I did receive a few polishes for my birthday, so it wasn't a polish-less month :P January was a pretty big month, I got a bunch. But majority of these polishes came from two blog sales, so I wasn't that bad ;)
Anyways, I am way too good at pointless gab. Let's get to the polish, don't we?

Here is the Miscellaneous stuff from January. I already blogged about the green Zoya; Mitzi, which I grabbed from Trade Secrets for $5. Being the Julep addict I am, I had to get three more. I'm not as bad as you think though! I won Kathleen, Chelsea and Viola (clockwise from top left) from a giveaway :) I've been saving up my Jules for a full nail wardrobe one month, so the Juleps should -in theory- slow down for a little bit. Lastly are these two Ruby Wings in Birdie and Wildflower I got from Winners for a dollar each. Yes! You heard that right! Only two bucks for the both of them :D They aren't too different, but I've wanted these forever and they were such a steal that I couldn't pass them up.

One of my blog sale swap hauls. I swapped with Amanda from Fashion Footing for these babies. Sadly, her blog sale is finished, but she had 6 polishes for $22 shipped! That's like the price of the Illamasqua alone! I went a little over the budget for her stuff (oops!) but she gave me the OPI mini set as only one polish, and added in the Revlon for nothing, so it was so worth it :D From right to left here's OPI Number One Nemesis, Essie Wicked, Revlon Pineapple Fizz, Sephora By OPI Matte Top Coat, OPI Stranger Tides, OPI Just Spotted The Lizard, Illamasqua Gamma, OPI Into The Night, and Sally Hansen HD Byte. Whoo, that was a mouthful! What a great deal though, huh? It was more than I wanted to buy/spend, but can you blame me for jumping on this deal?

Now is a couple of things from Ashley's blog sale (she has taken a indefinite hiatus, but she's an awesome blogger so I hope she's back soon!). I swapped these from her, and am super happy considering I got two huge lemmings, Electric Eel and Kiss Me Mistletoe, along with a bunch of other wants! Can you say yay?!?! I sure can :D Here are Electric Eel by OPI, GR8 by China Glaze, Kiss Me Mistletoe by China Glaze, Pull Me Close by China Glaze, and Chunky Holo Black and Twinkly Love, both by Kleancolor.

Finally, the goodies from my lovely birthday! Me and a couple friends acted much younger than we should, and spent a day at Playdium. I'm so happy I got the two OPI Liquid Sands, I put out many, many hints about them and was thrilled when I saw them. I also must add that the blue Physician's Formula is a jelly! Win! Anyways, here are OPI Stay The Night and Get Your Number, Sephora+Pantone Universe Reflecting Pond, A.Co Ultra Party, and Physician's Formula Fashion Icon
Set (they don't have individual names, sorry!).

Wow! That was way more than I thought I had grabbed! Oops! But it isn't too bad when you think of it. It is 30 polishes, but spread over two months. Plus... I really only bought three, and two of those were a dollar each. Justified! LOL, spoken in the true words of an addict :P
Also, sorry it's such a long post! Cheers to you if you read to the end!
So, what did you get this month? Do you ever go on Nobuys? Are you successful with them?

Haulage Time!

EDIT: Sorry for the messed up pictures!

Hello everyone! Hope you all had a great Christmas! Blue definitely enjoyed all the leftover turkey :)
Anyways, I thought I'd do a nice big haul post, because who doesn't love those? I've had some requests for them, so I'd show you one of all my new-ish polishes. I didn't end up getting any polishes for Christmas, but thats what Christmas money I for right? I'll show all the goodies first and then closer pics and all the polishes names. Just don't judge, I know I went crazy, and sense a no-buy in my future, right after all the swappies I'm doing. And my no-buys are usually always successful, so I'll have lots of polish to swatch while I'm not buying any :)

Here's a swap I did a while ago with Lindsey from Lindsey's Lacquer. I love her so much for adding a little extra bottle, that's the first time anyone's done that for me and it makes me feel all warm a nice inside! Thank you Lindsey :)
Left to right: Color Club Revvvolution, Sephora Moody Woman, Essence Walk On Air, Wet N' Wild Party Of Five Glitters.

I recently picked up some goodies at Sally's. They had the extra 50% off clearance items, which I combined with a $10 off $20 coupon. I managed to get a set of nail wheels, China Glaze's Magnetix ii magnet and 7 polishes for just over $10. Score! Here's the Color Club mini Winter Affair set I grabbed, it comes with Berry and Bright, Ho-Ho-Holly, Gift of Sparkle and Snow-Flakes.

The rest of my Sally's haul: Orly Sashay My Way, and two China Glaze Magnetix polishes, Bond-tastic and Gold Fusion.

Lots and lots of Juleps! After feeling sad about skipping so many months, I went crazy! Here is Julep Harper, Minka, Hailee, Vivien (which actually came cracked down the back, so I super quickly took a pic and got rid of the gloopy, oozing mess), Sofia, Ivy, and Brit. I'm very happy with these, I got them all very cheaply and have everything from glitters to suedes to duochromes and glow in the darks! I ended up getting the peaceful trio because I didn't get the suedes last month because there was no choice to get three polishes (you got 2 and a topcoat or a cream). But these were cheaper, so yay!

Last but not least, my shopper's had a bunch of old bottles Essence's on sale, so I helped myself, here is Glamourous Life, Walking On Sunshine, A Lovely Secret, Space Queen, and Nude It!

I forgot to picture the last ones, Color Club Angel Kiss from a discount beauty supply shop, a set of 5 mini scented glitters from Claire's and a bottle of Nails Inc Notting Hill Carnival (a lovely yellow creme) which I got from Sephora for 5 bucks.

Nail Mail!

Hey guys! Having a good Summer so far? I just made a big batch of chocolate chip cookies and am waiting for the kitchen timer to ding so I can dig into some soft, fresh baked, goey cookies.
But right now I have some gorgeous nail mail to show you guys :D The first polishes are from the lovely Tara at Osiris And Loki Paint Their Nails, be surer to pop over their and give her blog a looksie. Here are the goodies she sent me, all the way from Australia:

There's the lovely Max Factor Mini in Ivory, a gorgeous foily gold that leans silver instead of yellow, which suits my skin tone much better
Now are the frankens made by Tara herself, Technocolour, a pretty silver holo that is very pretty, not to mention really, truly holo, it's a gorgeous linear that looks amazing in the sun.
There's also my favorite, Radioactive, a gorgeous green linear holo that I named! Tee hee, I doubt I'm ever going to get over it, I'm so happy that my idea was chosen. Do you like the name? Anyways, here are the pictures, keep in mind they are much more holographic in real live.

I also got my Julep Maven July Box, here are the colours and a review of the box is coming.

Once I get my new camera, I'd love to swatch all of these out for you. Sorry for the crappy quality of these ones, they were taken using my web cam. Eek! I know :( But me new camera is coming and I'll replace these pictures when it comes.
Have a great day all of you, and a big thanks, again, to Tara. I'm so happy about these lovelies!
Please give her a visit at OsirisAndLokiPaintTheirNails.blogspot.com
